Shipping Information

Shipping Methods & Costs

  • Standard Shipping: €12.95 via DHL or FedEx (delivery within 10-15 business days after dispatch)
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over €50 via EMS (delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch)

Order Processing & Delivery Times

We process all orders within 1-2 business days. Delivery times begin once your order has been shipped:

  • DHL/FedEx: 10-15 business days
  • EMS: 15-25 business days

Please note: We do not ship to certain Asian countries and remote areas. If you’re unsure whether we deliver to your location, please contact us before placing your order.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Pier One purchase. If you’re not happy with your item, you may return or exchange it within 15 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging
  • Return requests must be submitted within 15 days of receiving your order
  • Due to hygiene reasons, swimwear (Badmode) and underwear & socks (Ondergoed & sokken) cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrived damaged or defective

  2. Wait for approval – you’ll receive a return label and instructions within 2 business days
  3. Ship your package back using the provided label via DHL/FedEx for fastest processing
  4. Receive your refund or exchange item once we’ve processed your return

Refunds

  • Processing time: 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return
  • Method: Refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Exchanges

  • We’ll ship your new item as soon as we receive your return package
  • For price differences, you’ll receive a payment request or refund
  • Exchanges are only possible for items from our current collection

International Returns

For international customers outside the EU:

  • Additional customs fees may apply for return shipments
  • These costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Mark your return package as “RETOURGOEDEREN” to avoid customs issues

Tip: Always keep your shipping receipt until your return is processed and you’ve received your refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order
  • Include photos of the damage/defect
  • We’ll send a replacement immediately or issue a full refund
  • In these cases, we’ll also cover return shipping costs
